Service Appointment Reminders

Juno Labs sends SMS appointment reminders to contracted field-service technicians who service stores on behalf of our customers. This page explains exactly what messages you will receive if you opt in, and lets you provide your consent.

What you'll receive

Reminders for upcoming service appointments (store number, date, time).
Confirmation requests asking you to reply Y or N for each assignment.
Operational updates if a scheduled visit is rescheduled or cancelled.

We do not send marketing messages, surveys, or promotional content on this number.

Message frequency

Approximately 10–30 messages per month during active service assignments. Frequency varies with your assignment volume.

How to stop or get help

Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts.
Reply HELP to receive support contact information.
